Researched and reported on the history of slavery on Long Island.
Reported and wrote a five-minute radio piece that aired on WSHU.
Published feature article in Newsday that placed among the top 20 in the Hearst Feature Writing Competition.
Radio series was recognized with an Edward R. Murrow Award, placed among the top 20 in Hearst Multimedia Digital News/Enterprise Story competition and won best History Feature among student-produced news by the Fair Media Council in 2021.

Worked at Royal Media, via the Dow Jones News Fund.
Participated in week-long crash course on business journalism prior to internship, courtesy of DJNF.
Reported and wrote more than 100 articles for PowerSports Finance, Bank Innovation and Air Cargo News.
Broke a story for PowerSports Finance that set a new record for the website, at more than 23,000 hits.
